Tim has over 20 years experience in the mortgage and title business. For 12 years, he was Vice President of Penn Suburban Abstract, providing closing services to real estate agents. Prior to that, he was a Loan Originator for West Penn Financial for 8 years. Earlier in his sales career, Tim sold ski equipment, industrial equipment and Mercedes Benz automobiles.
Born and raised in Ligonier, PA, Tim graduated from Westminster College with a BA in Economics. He is a long time resident of Hampton Township where he lives with his wife Wendy and their two teenagers, Hunter and Bonnie. Two West Highland White Terriers, Sailor and Daisy, round out the family.
Tim enjoys skiing, sailing, fishing and working on his vintage house.
