Jan has extensive experience in banking, mortgage, real estate, private mortgage insurance, sales and title insurance. She became a licensed real estate agent in 1988 and is now affiliated with Northwood Realty Referral Co., Inc.
Jan's real estate experience includes working with all aspects of real estate settlement. Having worked with several different closing companies, she is a skilled closer and has managed transactions from the initial order to the final disbursement.
Jan is well versed in the financing of real estate transcations. She is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Mars National Bank, and serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Southwestern Pennsylvania.
Jan enjoys traveling, music, the beach, and spending time with her family.
